It replaces the nine masteries of the original game plus the xpack with nine new. + a lot of improvements, some minor graphics improvements, like color grading and SSAO+ and so on. It is very nice end game addition! It also adds new merchant, where you can buy normal, epic, legendary orbs full of items. On the other hand this DLC offers some life improvements and adds also new skills to every mastery, it adds new "endless" mode, which I quite like how it works and how rewards works. New story line, which you can avoid if you want (that is a good thing, as base game with expansions is already too huge if you would like to go to legendary difficulty). But as DLC only, it really has enough to offer.
